Jukka Tyni is one to watch. Combining a fearless approach to freestyle riding in the park and the streets with a faultless style is what Jukka does best. We're confident that it won't be long before you start seeing a lot more of this rising-star from Finland.
The last day of the ski season at Park City is usually a pretty wild time. Add the infamous Hood Crew into the mix and you can be sure it will be explosive . Amplid Ambush riders Tanner Boudreau and Jonnie Merrill donned their Hawiian shirts, sank some tins and got involved with Gaper Day.
Amplid team rider Philip Toplitsch, his shred buddies Simon Geminiani and Daniel Vonach, and talented film maker Adam Graf, teamed-up this season to create a movie that would showcase their riding and the Vorarlberg region. VorAMarlberg shows the world that the Vorarlberg has more to offer than wild apres ski in St. Anton.
In case you've been hiding under a rock or have been isolated in the Alaskan backcountry without an internet connection for the last month, you probably know that Cartel team skier Noah Albaladejo won the "Best Trick" and "Best Overall" prizes at the B&E Invitational. Well, he's teamed-up with Vavisual to release an edit with some highlights from the event.
Cartel team rider Julien Lange spends most of his winter refining his skills and stacking footage in the backcountry, but that doesn't mean his park skills are being neglected. Nope, by the looks of this three hit kicker line Julien's skills in the terrain park are as sharp as ever.
A couple of weeks spent in the faultless terrain park of Laax in Switzerland can really accelerate progression. Amplid Ambush rider Daniel Antell visited Laax to do just that and in the process raised so many eyebrows that he found himself filming with "The Crap Attack" crew.
There comes a point in skiing when tricks become so easy that the only way to make them more interesting is by adding a twist. Having mastered Double Tail Grabs and Octo Grabs with little effort Alex Neurohr has found a creative use for his ski poles mid-flight.
Thanks to Julien's clothing sponsor, O'Neill, French freeski film makers Gpsy Feelin' have released his full part from their Fall 2014 release HOODOO. If you haven't seen the movie yet, it's time to put your headphones on and absorb yourself in the incredible 190 seconds of freeskiing.
Chris Bratt is one of the UK's most under appreciated snowboarders. His style is impeccable and he's not afraid of the big jumps in the park or in the backcountry. In this little summary edit of February's park laps, "Bratty" keeps things classy with smooth backside 180's, frontside 360s off the toes and faultless Cab5s.
They say to truly understand somebody you should walk 100 miles in their shoes. Well, if you walk 100 miles in Kevin Salonius' shoes it's going to take a long time, because they're ski boots. Instead it's probably a better idea to watch this 3 minute "Day in the Life" edit.
Luka, Noah and the rest of the Round 2 crew roll into Vallnord Snowpark, the Pyrenees' jewel. What you are about to whitness is a masterclass in style from Iberia's finest. Filming and edit courtesy of rising film making stars Borja Azurmendi and Pablo Varela.
Send in the men with white coats. Jonnie Merril has lost his mind and is a danger to himself and every deep landing on the West Coast... he needs restraining. At least that's the impression we get from this insane POV edit shot at Jackson Hole, Targhee and Snowbird.
Isosyöte resort is situated almost 100km inland from the coastal city of Oulu. It's cold, offers 200m of vertical (which is mountainous by Finnish standards) and has one of the best snowparks in Scandinavia. So it's no surpirse that Finnish shredder Jukka Tyni likes to shred his pocketknife there.
Amplid Ambush skier Jonnie Merrill and Salomon's Isaac Freeland show that they most certainly do have the minerals for big mountain riding. Both skiers show that Candide's mind-blowing POV antics are not confined to this side of the Atlantic.
Welcome to Alex Neurohr's world. Alex's 13/14 season edit blends big tricks, an excessive amount of style and a slightly schizophrenic editing. The result is sometimes trippy but always entertaining.
Swiss Ambush team rider Jeremy Rudaz hits the park at his local mountain, Grimentz, with videographer Marinho Meyer. The result is a moody, atmospheric edit with some stylish skiing. Nice work gentlemen!
Lapping the park with friends can make the best days. Falling over and laughing about it: Sticking a difficult trick perfectly: Ollying "SLOW" signs. Whatever you choose to ride, it's always fun. In this POV camera edit, Aaron Berger and his buddies are just having fun.

Beware The Sharks

French skier Arthur Escoffier isn't affraid of sharks... probably because of the Hill Bill's Stomp Guard technology. In fact he's so unfazed by under-snow rocks that he spends the early season skiing at a million miles per hour.
Swiss Ambush rider Aaron Berger and a crew of his buddies hit the JATZ park in Davos for a style heavy shred session. A particular highlight is the backside nose butter at 1:26.
German Ambush skier Andi Nitsche likes to line-up big drops. This particular drop, a short distance from the lifts of one of the Tyrol's finest ski destinations, is a whopper. With fresh snow in abundance Andi didn't even hesitate!

Pow Lines in Fiss

The Lexington has a legion of devoted fans. It's super fat dimensions keep its skier cruising across the surface of fresh snow no matter if it's 10cm or two meters. Ambush rider Harry Juen put the "Lex-Effect" to test last weekend in his home resort, Fiss.

Round 2 - First Hit

This winter Amplid's Iberian team riders, Noah Albaladejo, Luka Melloni and Pako Bengurel, have embarked on a new project named Round 2. This little shredit, compiled from footage filmed during a couple of hours filming at Peretol Snowpark, is the project's first release.

The Road to Sion

Not to be confused with the Rastafarian utopia or Jerusalem, Sion is a small town in the Swiss Canton of Valais. When it snows heavily the locals prefer a more gravity dependant mode of transport to cars and busses.
Ambush rider Mac Minikan kicks off the new year with a top to bottom run of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier park. At Amplid we like to be sure that our skis can take a good beating; Mac proves that the Provoke can handle some serious stomping!
