The ideal mix of snappy playfulness with a dose of dampening. Durable along the edges and light along the centerline with everlasting camber, pop forever, and eternal control!!!
MAGMA EDGE SHOCK ABSORBER
A thin Polyurethane rubber strip between the edge and sidewall. Swallows shock and vibration for stability while haulin' ass and stomping landings. A better, more controlled ride.
HORSESHOE STEEL EDGE
To minimize the tension of bent metal being forced around a narrow radius all our ski tips and tails feature pre-shaped “horseshoe” edges. Annoying nose delam issues are history.
T.P.U. SPIN TIPS
To facilitate spinning we've reduced the weight by utilizing TPU tip spacers in all our nonfly- tip snbs and skis. Set a 7 and you end up going 12!
GLASSFIBER LIGHT BIAX
Glassfiber will always be a more forgiving way to build a snb or ski. We utilize a highly durable biax-glass for a perfect torsional/longitudinal flex ratio. This gives our snbs and skis a feel that riders simply love.
SINTRUDED 6.6 H.M. BASE
The best combination of wax absorption, speed, and durability.New for 2011 our Sintruded High Molekular Base closes the gap between purely sintered bases and everlasting extruded bases.
DOOMSDAY CAMBER
To improve longevity of camber, reverse or traditional, we use pre-stretched fibers in all our weavings! Land on your tail 500 times or take 50,000 turns. Your snb or skis will still have its original camber!
MC BEZIER SPLINE SIDECUT
MC? Mathematically Correct. All our snb and ski shapes are designed in a 3D CAD program in Bezier-mode instead of simple radius. The result is a “physically” correct snb or ski, which definitely rides better.
TWINBEVEL SIDEWALLS
To protect the topsheet from chipping, all ski sidewalls are milled in two separate processes. This adds a “buffer” to protect the topsheet from taking a beating. [Sidewall material is more resistant than topsheet material]
SHRED READY
All our snbs and skis run through the same shred ready post manufacturing grinding process: Polish, wax, polish, manual removal of any edge burr. Take your new shred straight to snow and ride off…
