Read this slowly and then recite it back to yourself even slower: backside rodeo 450 to frontside boardslide to 270 out. Sounds difficult right? Now check-out this sequence taken from the latest episode of Bachelor Party on Snowboarder Magazine's website.
Usually if we miss a team rider video from the blog it'll never surface. Well there are exceptions; Justin Norman's videos get a showing regardless of how late we get a hold of them. Here's a throwback to early season at Mt. Bachelor.
Tyler Orton and his motley crew of Mt Bachelor reprobates, the Sweeney Todds, show their collective skills in the second instalment of the self-titled series. Featuring the riding of Max Warbington, Randal Seaton, Jonah Owen, Amplid's very own Justin Norman and the rest of the crew.
Mt Bachelor's Sweeney Todds crew is back for another winter of 'Bachy' madness. Headed-up by occasional Amplid lens man Tyler Orton and featuring the one and only J-Norm, the Sweeney Todds edits capture Mt Bachelor's premiere snowboard crew just having fun.
While snowfall might be a little slow to arrive in the European Alps, at Mt. Bachelor in Oregon State, J-Norm and the Bachy crew are already enjoying full blown powder days. Here's a little early season edit PeteAlport put together featuring some J-Norm shredding.
Filming for Tyler Orton and the Sweeney Todds begins as soon as the lifts open at M tBachelor. The West Coast season may be off to a bit of a slow start but the parks open and thats all the crew needs to break-up the parties.
Justin teamed up with Mt. Bachelor's legendary photo/film guru Pete Alport to edit his 12/13 season edit. Justin managed to pull together his best clips from working with Stept Productions, Blake Kimmle at Jiberish, Jasper Newton and many others.
If you're old enough to remember 411 Video Magazine or you caught Method Mag's monthly VHS and DVD round-ups of the Euro scene you'll feel all nostalgic watching Snowboarder Magazine's take on the format. In October J-Norm got a couple of shots in the opener.
The first episode of the ARC Global Grind video series which follows our team riders as they get down to business around the World. In this episode team riders Dash Kamp & Justin Norman make the most of an invite to Snowboarder Magazines' Superpark event.

Newschoolers, the home of everything freeski… and today JNorm too. Yep an image of Justin styling a fence gap to backlip taken during the filming of Stept Productions’ 13/14 release Mutiny is currently plastered across the Newchoolers’ landing page. Obviously style is style whether you’re riding on two planks or one and JNorm is the [...]
With Mt Bachelor open well into May it’s a long season for any local, but for Tyler Orton, Amplid’s Justin Norman and the rest of the Sweeney Todds crew it’s also been a productive winter too with a ton of success from the Sweeney Todds edits. With so much footage in the bag Tyler just [...]
Mid April and the pow was still falling thick and fast at Mt Bachelor. JNorm and handful of Bachy locals hooked-up with filmer Pete Alport to make the most of the late season flurries. John Rodosky has already proved that the Creamer is capable of dismantling heavy freeride lines on the Freeride World Tour and [...]
Last week Amplid riders Justin Norman and Dash Kamp hit Mt.Bachelor for the Superpark week in sunny spring weather. There’s no-doubt that Superpark’s oversize set-up is consistently one of the gnarliest on the planet… this year was no different. Justin bagged a couple of epic shots on the monster step-up with the Snowboarder Mag crew [...]
Yep that’s right Cartel riders Justin Norman and Dash Kamp will be attending this year’s Superpark XVII event at Mt. Bachelor, OR. Now in it’s 17th year, the event run annualy by Snowboarder Magazine and directed by its handplant-crazy editor Pat Bridges plays host to a number of shaper teams from all over the US [...]
Amplid friend and lens man extraordinaire Tyler Orton has done a rad job with his Sweeney Todds episodes this winter. The Sweeney Todds edits document the shred missions of Mt Bachelor’s most infamous snowboard gang. Amplid’s very own J-Norm rolls with the Sweeney Todds and nails some Dopamine fuelled jibbery in this edit.
Blue skys, sun, slushy parks and Cobra Dogs, what’s not to love about Summer Camp? Windells put together a little montage of the best clips from last summer. Of course, a best of Windells edit without J-Norm is like Cobra Dog without the Cobra. Skip to 5:10 for Justin’s clips.
Hidden deep in the maze of Park City’s many trails is a place with giant candy canes, oversize muffins and all sorts of craziness. No Willy Wonka hasn’t set-up shop in Utah and you won’t spot Augustus Gloop floating down a chocolate river, this is Neffland, a terrain park with a difference. Cartel rider Justin [...]
Apparently Thursdays are supposed to be the best days for blog and social media posts, so we’ve kept this insanely good edit back to drop it on the day it deserves. Filmer Blake Kimmel was sent down to hang-out with Cartel rider Justin Norman for 4 days by Justin’s clothing sponsor Jiberish. In this edit [...]
Rain, slush and bitter cold; whatever weather the mountain could throw at him, lens man Tyler Orton endured to get the shots necessary for the fourth instalment of his Sweeney Todds series. Once again featuring Cartel rider Justin Norman.
Amplid’s go-to lens man in the Pacific Northwest Tyler Orton dropped HQ an email with a little edit he’d put together featuring Mt. Bachelor’s Sweeney Todd crew and of course Cartel shred-head J-Norm. We reckon Tyler, who considers himself a photographer rather than a filmer, has done a stand-up job of the filming and editing [...]
Located inland roughly 120 miles from the Pacific coast, Mt Bachelor is one of Oregon’s snowboarding hot spots. Being a dormant Volcano (don’t worry it last erupted 8000 years ago) Mt Bachelor’s has a unique conical shape that allows the mountain to be ridden on all sides and also makes for 1000+ meters of vertical [...]
September has become International J-Norm month. Last week Justin’s season edit blew-up in a big way and his summer digging at Windells generated some serious banger footage. In fact there’s so much killer footage of Justin on the internet at the moment that we keep missing it. We discovered this little gem on Justin’s boot [...]
