Spring brings warm weather, longer days and most importantly, the annual SLVSH Cup at the Sunset Park in Peretol, Andorra! Locals Luka Melloni and Noah Albaladejo always take the opportunity to show the visiting pros how good skiers in Pyrenees are. In his first match up Amplid Cartel rider Luka Mellloni was matched against the king of butters, Magnus Graner.

Each year the world's best park skiers compete against each other in a head-to-head S.K.A.T.E battle at the SLVSH Cup. The elmination style contest, held this year at the Sunset Park in Grand Valira, Andorra, demands a big bag of tricks and a creative mind so it's no surprise that Amplid's Luka Melloni received an invitation.
Last weekend Amplid team riders Luka Melloni and Julien Vilmin represented Amplid at the Rail Trick Session in Fort Romeu in the Pyrenees. Here's the official event video edit.

Rookie Season is a four part series following rookie Cartel rider Kevin Salonius on his adventures around Europe, experiencing new terrain and snow conditions and learning from his teammates. Here's the series trailer.
In his rookie season as professional skier, Kevin Salonius has spent the last five months travelling throughout Europe discovering the sports many disciplines. In April Kevin travelled to Grandvilira in Andorra to hang-out with team riders Luka Melloni, Pako Benguerel and Noah Albaladejo and film with future movie magnet Borja Azurmendi. Here's a brief trip report.
SLVSH is the contest in which the world's best freeskiers battle against each other in a game of S.K.A.T.E. This week's episode has devided the Amplid camp, since Luka Melloni is skiing against Noah Albaladejo, both of whom are important members of the Cartel family.
Once a year Luka and Noah cross the borders of Andorra and Spain into the French Pyrenees for the Rail Trick Session in Font Romeu. This year the usual BBQ vibes were a little dampened by the heavy snowfall, but Luka and Noah proved once again that they're the guys to beat.

Round 2 - First Hit

This winter Amplid's Iberian team riders, Noah Albaladejo, Luka Melloni and Pako Bengurel, have embarked on a new project named Round 2. This little shredit, compiled from footage filmed during a couple of hours filming at Peretol Snowpark, is the project's first release.
If you didn't know already, Iberia's finest, Luka Melloni and Noah Albaladejo, spent last winter filming with two of the most respected US film crews in the freeski world, 4bi9 and Stept. Since the boys can't get to the premieres of the movies in the US, they'll be running their own premiere for the movies in Barcelona... and you can join them.

4bi9 Trailer - Burn

Last winter Cartel rider Luka Melloni earned the opportunity of a lifetime... filming with 4bi9 for their latest movie release, Burn. So Luka packed his Syntax, caught a flight out to Salt Lake City and showed his US peers what he's made of. Here's the teaser to get you hyped.

Pepe's edits have been catching the attention of all the right people this winter, but when you have talent like Pepe does and you're filming Luka and Noah, good things are inevitably going to happen. Amplid Skiers at WCS

The invited riders list for 2014's West Coast Session are live. Amplid team riders Luka Melloni, Noah Albaladejo and McRae Williams will be travelling to Timberline resort in Oregon next week for ski season's final event.
Luka Melloni and a crew of 4bi9 riders including Dale Talkington and Karl Fostvedt took the opportunity to spend a day lapping the legendary Bear Mountain park the day before competing at the legendary War of Rails.
AJ Dakoulas and Andrew Napier put out another four minute edit of bangers, featuring the riding of a handful of Freesking's biggest superstars. Amplid Cartel skiers Luka Melloni and McRae Williams prove they deserve a spot in the heavy "I Ride Park City" lineup.
Bear Mountain's War of Rails is one of the highlights of the year for freeskiers. It's unique, specially built course of steel and perspex pits a handful of the biggest names in urban skiing against one and other. The combination is explosive.
