The Alter Ego’s unique shaping and construction deliver exact handling and versatility. Titanal Centribelt Technology, a band of titanal alloy above and below the core, running from tip-to-tail, increases the Alter Ego‘s torsional stiffness and dampens vibrations for optimal control. Accentuated dimensions pair an aggresive sidecut for uber-cranky turns with plenty of surface area for floatation. Moderate camber and a pinch of early rise are the perfect seasoning for an awesome all-mountain recipe.
A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Cruise Camber’s toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel much like Pop Camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrink-wrap. In Amplid’s directional snowboards and skis a touch of early rise is added to Cruise Camber to improve buoyancy even further.
