The backcountry is an unpredictable environment which hides changeable snow-conditions and challenging terrain around every corner. You won’t always ride Hollywood pillow lines and snow-laden spines; sometimes the reality is an icy traverse or a sketchy, wind-affected drop-in. But don’t despair, when conditions get tough, the Creamer always proves its worth.
Designed from time-earned experience, the Creamer Split handles a broad range of conditions and excels in powder too. Its Directional Cruise Camber, Amplid’s freeride staple, combines precise camber with a broad, distinctive, early-rise nose. Edging down icy couloirs, it’s the Creamer’s restrained taper and dependable camber, which extends through the tail of the board, that allow every centimetre of effective edge to be exploited for secure, reliable edge-hold. Basalt Suspension Strips are there to take the edge off unwanted chatter.
In touring mode, the Creamer Split‘s underfoot camber distributes pressure evenly along each ski for consistent skin traction. Thanks to Its smooth nose cavity, breaking trail after a snowfall quickly becomes second natures.
A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Its toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel much like Pop Camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrink-wrap. In Amplid’s directional snowboards a touch of early rise is added to Cruise Camber to improve buoyancy even further.

This superlight wood core is the industry standard for lighteweight, durable and versatile performance. We’ve tweaked this core so many times over the years there’s nothing left to improve.
Running along the topsheet in a V-configuration from the contact points towards the bindings, these narrow bands of Basalt fabric dampen unwanted vibrations, reducing rider fatigue and keeping you edge engaged with the snow for improved control. Get the Rolls Royce feeling!
Using Biaxial Glass in the construction of our shreds gives them a flawless blend of response and playfulness whilst keeping them ridiculously lightweight.
Ultra wide, low rising tips that exist purely to create lift in powder without sucking-up speed. They add a surfy feel to skis and snowboards.
Amplid’s ultra-high density sintered base goes like shit-off-a-shovel in all snow conditions. It is extremely hard and therefore more resistant to damage.
