Personal information may be shared with service providers such as delivery/collection services and payment providers to collect goods and refund payments. All expired data from resolved requests is deleted.
You want to return or exchange a product?
Too bad, but no problem. You may return your unused and originally packed product for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned with unbroken original packaging, all hang tags must be attached to the product. If you miss to return packaging and hangtags we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 20% of product value, but at least €10. You can expect a full refund, reduced by the administration fee if applicable, to the account of your original payment method within 7 to 14 days of our receiving of your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your account statement.
Did you choose a bonus product, please also send it back with your return, in case the returned product will let your total order value drop below the needed value for a bonus product (€80/ €100/ €150). Please no fooling around on this one, as we will have to charge you for that product afterwards.
We will refund the shipping costs for the return shipment:
- If the products you return have a value of €40 or higher
- If the product is defective or if a system error occurred when completing the order resulting in a wrong product shipped to you.
For all other return reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will replace your Pally'Hi garment within 2 years of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. Please return your item as soon as possible so we can inspect its condition. Feel free to send us a photo of the damaged product upfront to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
Defects caused by over-use, improper care (e.g. higher washing temperature than specified) or storage (e.g. damage by moths) cannot be covered by our warranty.
Damage that occurs after that period of 2 years is usually caused by wear and tear and cannot be accepted.
