With its heavy taper, retro tail and Crust Buster 3D nose shaping the Surfari is the deep snow specialist in the Centrifugal Collection. Its pow-centric geometry boosts floatation and agility, but despite its unambiguous appearance, the Surfari rips on packed snow conditions too.
By placing AntiphaseTM Technology in the Surfari’s low-rising nose, Amplid can keep chatter, which normally plagues rocker noses, to a minimum. Unaffected by the lumps and bumps and armed with a relaxed 9m sidecut, the Surfari is truly capable of carving turns anywhere.
To label the Surfari a pow board is totally unfair, because no matter if the snow conditions are chest deep blower or manmade groomers, you’ll relish every turn you rail on the Surfari!
Last winter, French snowboard rag, Snowsurf Magazine, put the majority of Amplid's 17/18 snowboard collection to the test. Straight to the point and super insightful, head tester Franky and his...
A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Cruise Camber’s toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel much like Pop Camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrink-wrap. In Amplid’s directional snowboards and skis a touch of early rise is added to Cruise Camber to improve buoyancy even further.

Spin to win with effortless style. Amplid’s HEXO2 core replaces specific areas of weightier wood at the tips with featherlight recycled paper honeycomb, practically eliminating swing weight,
Using Biaxial Glass in the construction of our shreds gives them a flawless blend of response and playfulness whilst keeping them ridiculously lightweight.
A smooth kick radius and fuller tip outline improves deep snow floatation without adding swing weight.
A premium sintered plastic which readily absorbs wax and will out-run your riding buddies’ bases without breaking a sweat. You better get used to waiting.
An advanced composite damping technology, developed in house at Amplid, which reduces unwanted vibrations for a smoother more controlled ride.
A convex nose profile which improves tracking and fluidity in three-dimensional snow. To retain responsiveness, the contact points are not lifted.
Uber light wood varieties are cut, treated and aligned in a way only our factory knows. Its strength to weight ratio has scientists baffled.
