Spring brings warm weather, longer days and most importantly, the annual SLVSH Cup at the Sunset Park in Peretol, Andorra! Locals Luka Melloni and Noah Albaladejo always take the opportunity to show the visiting pros how good skiers in Pyrenees are. In his first match up Amplid Cartel rider Luka Mellloni was matched against the king of butters, Magnus Graner.
On his rookie season, representing Amplid and riding the Freeride World Tour for the first time, Swedish big-mountain rider, Christoffer Granbom has already scored a podium. Despite thin cover and difficult snow conditions Christoffer took home 2nd place in Andorra.
Last weekend Amplid welcomed another retailer into the ARC. Com Nou Freeride, by summer a mountain bike and outdoors hardware store and by winter a freeride focused ski shop, opened a new shop location in La Massana, Andorra. Amplid's Fernando was there to enjoy the flowing drink and canapes.

Yesterday McRae Williams added another podium to his winter's tally by winning the Total Fight slopestyle contest in Grandvalira, Andorra. This year more North Americans had made the trip to the Pyrenees for Total Fight but that wasn't going to stop McRae from claiming the top spot for a second year in a row.
