Privacy Information: Personal information submitted to Amplid when returning defective or unwanted goods is subject to limited processing to facilitate the return of goods. Personal information may be shared with service providers such as delivery/collection services and payment providers to collect goods and refund payments. All expired data from resolved requests is deleted.
You want to return or exchange a product?
Too bad, but no problem. You may return your unused and originally packed product for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in an unbroken original packaging, all hang tags must be attached to the product. If you miss to return packaging and hangtags we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 20% of product value, but at least €10.
- Please enclose the delivery note (or a copy) or another short note including delivery note number and your name with the return.
- You can expect a full refund, reduced by the administration fee if applicable, to the account of your original payment method within 7 to 14 days of our receiving of your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your account statement.
- Did you choose a freebie product, please also send it back with your return, in case the returned product will let your total order value drop below the needed value for a bonus product (€80/ €100/ €150...?).
- Masks cannot be returned due to hygenic reasons. In case you selected a mask as a freebie, you will keep the mask, but we will subtract the difference from your reimbursement.
Costs for returns:
- Shipment costs when returning Amplid hardgoods (snowboards, bindings, bags, skins, etc. …) must be on customer’s behalf.
- For apparel returned to Amplid within Germany, please use THIS LINK for a return label (valid for Germany only !).

In order to avoid further customs charges, returns from non-EU countries must be labelled RETOURE and the invoice(s) must be enclosed in a shipping bag on the outside of the package.
In case of non-observance, the customs duties must be charged back to the sender.
