It's the time of year again when the Freeski community comes together to decide which movies deserve your attention. Year-after-year it seems the amateur crews like Moscow's Life Steeze Media and Bavaria's Freeski-Crew close the gap between professional and amateur productions. These 'amateur' production companies are producing movies that blow it's audience's minds in all aspects, from the skiing to the cinematography.
So far this movie season the Freeski-Crew's release Stammtisch "Best Amateur Cinematography" at IF3 Montreal, "Best Amateur Trailer" at IF3 Innsbruck and now "Best Amateur Movie" at IF3 Innsbruck. With accolades like that the boys deserve a drink... but then again they probably had enough beer filming the award winning trailer. Congratulations to Ambush riders Juergen Nigg, Chris Graf and Fex Althammer who played a big part in the movie.
